By registering and paying, the student declares to be informed and in agreement with the following aspects:

In relation to the course practices:

- The practice of moxibustion in its different forms (direct or indirect) can lead to different side effects, some global such as fatigue, dizziness and general malaise and in some cases vagal reaction, and some local such as irritation of the skin and/or other accessory tissues, burns, blisters and, in its maximum expression, scars.
- The student agrees not to take legal action against other students, the course organization, or the instructor in relation to any possible injuries caused during the course internship. The student understands and accepts that the internship is within a relationship quid pro quo (the student receives the techniques and performs them on others in the same way) or as a volunteer.
- The student assumes full responsibility for his or her actions during the course's internship.
- The student must inform the organization in advance if he or she suffers from any pathology that is contraindicated in relation to the techniques practiced during the course (if in doubt, ask the instructor).
- The internships are exclusively for training and experiential purposes and will not be considered clinical treatment.

In relation to intellectual property:

By registering and paying, the student declares to be informed and in agreement with the following aspects:

Taking photos or recording course details and practices using digital means (phones, computers, or other electronic devices) is prohibited without the instructor's express permission.
Out of respect for intellectual property rights, students agree not to disseminate the information offered in the course for commercial purposes, such as teaching courses, giving lectures, or publishing a written work or article, whether in digital or paper format, as this would be considered a crime against intellectual property, with the relevant legal consequences.

Regarding the processing of personal data provided:

In accordance with the provisions of European Regulation 679/2016, we inform you that the personal data you provide during registration for the training are confidential and are part of a treatment, whose Controller is FELIP R. CAUDET PIÑANA, with DNI: 39.717.644-W and address at C/ Gravina, 44, entlo 2, 43004, Tarragona.

The purpose of its creation, existence, and maintenance is to provide you with a quality training service and to carry out administrative and organizational processes.

By registering, the student authorizes their data to be used, via email, to send them information about courses, events, or offers.

These data will be processed solely by FELIP R. CAUDET PIÑANA/Okyu Barcelona

By registering and paying, FELIP R. CAUDET PIÑANA understands that the student has given consent for all the processing of personal data described above. Personal data will be retained in compliance with the applicable legal limitation periods.

You may exercise your rights to information, access, rectification, objection, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability by writing to C/ Gravina, 44, Entlo 2, 43004, Tarragona. You may contact the competent Supervisory Authority to lodge any complaint you deem appropriate.

Regarding image rights:

As the right to one's own image is recognized in article 18.1 of the Spanish Constitution and is regulated by Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image, Felip Caudet Piñana requests your consent (accepted through registration and payment of the course) to be able to publish images and/or videos (in which you may appear) in courses, conferences and seminars, articles and books, on the website, or on social networks.

Location of the face-to-face course

In-person courses will be held at our facilities located at C/ Gravina 44, entlo. 2, Tarragona, Spain, unless otherwise indicated by Okyu by Felip Caudet.
